How To Manifest Anything You Desire Using The Law of Assumption
Introduction
In this blog post I am going to be talking about money and financial abundance, how to manifest abundance in all forms from scratch using one foolproof exercise. I will also be talking about how to deal with manifestaion blocks and doubts that are bound to arise during the process of visualization. I will also be sharing some insight on the operating principle behind this exercise so you are not just doing stuff, but you also gain an innate understanding on how it works, which I find helps make the application on the Law easier. I find that manifesting money is one of the trickiest use of the law of manifestation, the large the sum to be manifested they more difficult the concept seems to be when one tries to lock it down. Most people would narrow it down to money blocks or a lack mindset. But what do these terms even mean and what does that have to do with making money?
Money and experiences are both expressions of abundance, however, they operate on different frequencies. Money is symbolic abundance; experiences are emotional abundance. One is an agreed-upon construct of 3D value; the other is a felt reality 4D experience. Yet both are governed by the same vibrational law: you attract not what you want, but what you are.
Money, in its essence, is not real. It’s a concept — a social agreement that a piece of paper or a number in your bank account represents energy, labor, and possibility. It’s a collective illusion that works because everyone agrees on its meaning. A symbol of wealth and abundance in the 3rd dimension.

Abundance on the other hand, is a representation of something much more tangible. It is a vibration, an energetic frequency, think of it like the soil nutrients required to grow a money tree, or a love/romantic relationship tree, or even a perfect health tree. This is the substance of abundance, it's very essence.
The ironic part is that most people chase the symbol and never the substance.
This is why a person can have a million dollars and still feel poor, lonely and miserable. Another can have nothing and still feel infinitly blissful. What they are truly chasing is never the money itself but rather the experience of having money; this would be the feeling of: safety, freedom, joy, self-expression, ease.
The Universe doesn’t recognize currency — it recognizes frequency. The way you feel at any given time is an expression of your body's frequency. If so then one can readily command their body with a bit of training to embody this vibrations of safety, freedom, joy, self-expression, ease.

In The Psychology of Money, Morgan Housel explores an uncomfortable truth: wealth is not about what you have, it’s about what you feel. The truly wealthy understand their emotions around money — their fears, stories, and beliefs.
Lot's of peole think what they are chasing is the money, but what they are actually chasing is control, they seek freedom from uncertainty, safety from fear, validation that they are “enough.”
The more you entangle yourself with the symbol of money, the less you attract it, and this goes for pretty much everything, love, career, fame, health, you name it.
So how exactly does all this help you with manifesting what all that you desire? The answer is simply "be".
I am sure by now you are familiar with the concept of living in the end, or perhaps embodying the wish fulfilled. These terms will require a bit of faith, manifestation is an application of the principle of mind over matter. So you will hear the words faith and belief thrown around alot. The paradox is that once you live in the frequency of the feeling money represents, money itself begins to show up — magnetized to your state of being.
Manifesting experiences like love, career and fame works a bit differently because you’re not chasing a symbol, in this case you’re chasing a direct feeling. When you say, “I want to travel to Paris,” you’re really saying, “I want to feel wonder, beauty, and inspiration I would get if I were in Paris right now.”
Otherwise what's the point? And if that's the point then doing whatever to get yourself to feel this way with a bit of intention will activate your subconscious in a way that causes your reality to mirror the frequency you hold.
I know you've heard this before but let me break it down for you even further to layman terms. Think of the whole thing as a magnetic field, you being the magnet and everything you desire being metal. Now instead of chasing the mental the magnet is positioned with range of the metal and it gets pulled in.
Why? Because they are now on the same frequency, the attraction happens automatically once the object is within range of the magnet. You job is to put yourself on the same frequency as Paris and let the etheric field pull it in towards you like the magnetic field does.

Like placing an order online and waiting for your package to be delivered to you. In this case online would be the mental/emotion realms - the 4th Dimension and the payment was made in energy or emotion felt when the order was placed.
See I learned that there are 3 conditions that need to be fulfilled in order for your being to manifest mental activity into 3D reality and these are;
- You must know exactly what you want and think about it regularly as you would a memory of something you already have.
- You must feel something about that which you want, everytime you think about it, there is a corresponding feeling - Good or bad doesn't matter, all energy counts as manifestation energy provided you have clarity on what you desire to manifest.
- You must believe that what you are thinking about, visualizing in imagination is true, the subconsious mind operates based on your belief systems, that which you consent to being true.
Once all these conditions are met, the gears begin to turn and your manifestation will show up, as long as you stay on track. This means waiting till they appear and not changing what you desire after a day or two.
Thought + Emotion = Frequency → Frequency + Alignment = Manifestation.
The Manifestation Exercise:

The idea is very simple; In order for anything to manifest it has to go through the subconsious mind, the subconscious finds expression for our thoughts and emotion as real world experiences, so the goal would be to impress your idea/intentions upon the subconscious. This is done using emotions and it takes a few millieseconds to do this. For this exercise we will be using ten seconds.
While this exercise does not require you to enter the state akin to sleep, I would highly recommend that you take 10 long deep breaths until you feel a buzz in your headspace or chest.
- Step 1: Close your eyes and take 10 long breaths, do so until you feel the flow state which a euphoric buzz like state in your upper body.
- Step 2: See with your minds eye, a scene as if from memory you with what you desire, hold it in your hand, smell it, embrace it. Hold this scene for 10 seconds and let it go
- Step 3: Repeat the 10 second scene again if you get distracted, which is bound to happen in the begining. The subconscious thrives on repetition so this is a win-win.
- Step 4: When doubt and fears as to how possible what you are envisioning in your 10 seconds scene is to attain, do not fight it, allow yourself to be overwhelmed with the emotional turmoil. All energy manifest, redirect it calmly by saying "All this resistance is coming up for my benefit and is leading me to the wish fulfilled."
Just like friction is needed for a car's tyres to move, resistance can be used to facilitate and even 10x your manifestation, like I said earlier, manifest what we occupy our mind with the most along with what we believe and consent to being true. If you believe doubts are manifestation fuel, you bend reality as such. Your imagination is literally the limit, so go wild with it. Worry and anxiety can become fuel as well it this affirmation.
"All for my benefit, Leading me to the wish fulfilled"Repeat the 10 secs exercise at least 3 times a day, and the affirmation whenever doubts, worry and fears start to creep in. Say it until you feel better, feel free to use it as an emotional clutch, that's what it is desgned for, personally I used it as one would a survival mechanism and now I am proud to call it a thriving mechanism. I am untouchable by lower vibrations, they just propel me further ahead and I love it.
Hold the feeling of your wish fulfilled in the SATS for 10 seconds, multiple times a day. This generates a strong signal to your subconscious that your desire is real and already accomplished, without requiring long visualizations or rituals.

How to Do the 10-Second Daily Practice
- Settle into the SATS: Relax your body, slow your breathing, and quiet the conscious mind. Practice at bedtime, a quiet rest, or any calm moment.
- Hold Your Wish Fulfilled: Picture your desire as already real—feel the associated emotions like joy, relief, pride, or excitement.
- Time It for 10 Seconds: Maintain focus and intensity without distraction for 10 full seconds.
- Repeat Three Times Daily: Morning, afternoon, and before bed to strengthen the signal and reinforce belief.
Why 10 Seconds Works

- Combine with Subconscious Priming: Journaling, affirmations, or mindfulness enhance the practice.

Small, consistent actions compound into reality shifts. Ten seconds may seem minimal, but repeated reinforcement builds a strong subconscious imprint. Micro-moments, tiny acts of alignment, accumulate into profound changes—mirroring the micro-moment principle discussed in earlier entries.

- Enter the State Akin to Sleep
- Hold your wish fulfilled for 10 seconds
- Repeat three times daily
This simple ritual aligns your subconscious with your desires, allowing your external reality to catch up. Manifestation is alignment, not struggle. Ten seconds of deliberate, emotionally charged focus is enough to shift your reality.
